BIG RED DOG provided engineering services for two of the winners of Austin Business Journal’s 2019 Commercial Real Estate Awards (CREA). The Awards recognize the developments and deals and the people behind them who are making Austin one of the most vibrant economies in the U.S.
In all, BIG RED DOG provided engineering services for six of the projects on this year’s nomination list. Here are the two winning projects:
Belterra Village, Phase 1 won the award in the Retail Development category. The project was developed by Endeavor Real Estate Group and is located in Dripping Springs, Texas. The retail center’s tenants include Sky Cinemas, Breed and Company, Torchy’s Tacos, Hat Creek Burger, Juiceland, Pieous and The League. DCA Construction was the general contractor and Nelsen Partners was the architect. BIG RED DOG provided civil engineering, site development permitting, and construction administration services.
Tyndall at Robertson Hill won the Multifamily Development category. BIG RED DOG provided both MEP and Civil Engineering services for the condo project just east of I-35 in downtown Austin, Texas. The project team included Momark Development, White Construction, dwg., Humphreys & Partners, and Matador Project Solutions.
