ENR Texas & Louisiana – 2018 Best Small Project (Under $10 Million): Lake Walk Pavilion

The Lake Walk Pavilion project in Bryan-College Station, Texas received the 2018 Best Small Project (Under $10 Million) from ENR Texas & Louisiana.

The pavilion sits along a linear park system and a lake at the center of the ATLAS retail and entertainment district, a master-planned biosciences community between College Station and Bryan, Texas. The pavilion features 1,800 sq ft of uninterrupted space, with a large, white roof offering protection from the hot Texas sun. LED lighting partially illuminates the space in the evening to mimic the stars.

BIG RED DOG provided MEP Engineering services for the project.
