Dear clients, colleagues, and business partners,

It’s with great excitement that I have the pleasure to tell you about the latest organizational changes at BIG RED DOG. Since you’re the reason we’re here, we wanted you to be the first to know as opposed to reading it somewhere or hearing it from another real estate business professional. We believe these changes will allow us to continue to provide the highest level of service to current clients while continuing our dramatic growth.

Brad Lingvai has been elevated to President of the 30-person Austin office, and Ricardo De Camps to Vice President. Brad will lead BIG RED DOG’s largest office while Ricardo will have a much greater leadership role in marketing, business development, and firm-wide decisions. We are very excited at the prospects ahead for BIG RED DOG in Austin, and we are confident that our exceptional team members and our value proposition will allow us to continue our phenomenal growth in our original market.

In our Houston office, Bob Brown has been named President and Matthew Stewart to Vice President. Bob will be leading operational duties, while they will both be focused on managing existing clients and expanding the footprint of the company in the Houston market. BIG RED DOG also leased a larger office in the midtown area of Houston, providing more space for the expanding team. This announcement marks a significantly increased presence in the state’s largest city and the country’s fourth largest market.

Russell Yeager has been promoted to Vice President of the San Antonio office after establishing himself as a leader in the firm over the past year. The San Antonio office, rapidly growing under the guidance of Russell and President Chris Weigand, now employs a team of 12 in the seventh largest market in the country.

Finally, I have personally assumed the role of Chief Executive Office and will oversee operations for the company. I look forward to leading the firm’s collective efforts in the execution of the business plan we create.

BIG RED DOG will provide the same level of customer service and satisfaction that has allowed us to succeed. We could not be happier with what we’ve accomplished, where we’re headed, and to be supported and motivated by exceptional people like you.
