BIG RED DOG is working with LRK Architects, Jordan Foster Construction and Patrinely Group Development on the Folio West project located at 2525 Citywest Boulevard in Houston, TX. The total project is 316,027 gross square feet with 249,275 net rentable square feet. Folio West is located within walking distance of the Phillips 66 corporate headquarters in Houston’s Westchase district.
The project features a 266-unit, four-story residential apartment building wrapped around a six-story, structural precast parking garage with a 382-vehicle capacity. Folio West has one to three bedroom units ranging from 600 square feet to 1,900 square feet. The project includes a full-service leasing center, associated amenities, two courtyards, a swimming pool and outdoor kitchen.
MEP Engineering services provided by BIG RED DOG-Austin included Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Engineering & design along with Construction Administration services throughout the project. The Residences at Folio West are projected to open July 2017.
