We’re working with SC Bodner Company, Studio M Architecture and Planning, TBG Partners, and Cadence McShane Construction on the five-story luxury apartment complex 120 Ninth Street Apartments, located directly on San Antonio’s famous Riverwalk. Crews broke ground in early 2017 on the complex, which includes 4 studios, 165 one-bedroom and 40 two-bedroom apartments, and 5 two-story penthouse suites, each offering luxury amenities to their residents.
The site has nearly 500 feet of frontage directly on the Riverwalk and is located along Museum Reach, a 1.3 mile expanse featuring local art and green spaces. Providing a unique urban experience to its residents, 120 Ninth Street Apartments offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, a large courtyard space and an exclusive zero-edge pool overlooking The Riverwalk.
