The project is a 343 unit, 5-story, vertical mixed use project. It will include over 10,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. 568 parking spaces are included in a 6-story parking garage.
Construction started on the site in November 2014.
Civil Engineering services provided by BIG RED DOG Austin included project due diligence, demolition permitting, civil engineering design, regulatory permitting, demolition permitting, and construction administration.
MEP Engineering services provided by BIG RED DOG included mechanical engineering, HVAC design, electrical layout, lighting design, and plumbing design for domestic water and sanitary sewer.
