August 14, 2018 by Joel Blok

Construction crews with White Construction Company are making progress at the Four Points Centre Building 3 project in Austin, Texas. The project will bring over 170,000 square feet of new office space to Austin’s Northwest submarket. It is part of Brandywine Realty Trust‘s Four Points Centre Phase II that will add two new buildings to the energy-efficient office development.

BIG RED DOG provided civil engineering and site development permitting services for the project. The office building (4-story tilt-up and structural steel) and parking garage (5-story, 800-space cast-in-place structure) are situated on a 5-acre site surrounded by a natural habitat preserve.
