BIG RED DOG is working with LRK Architects, Jordan Foster Construction and Cambridge Development on the Residences at La Cantera Phase II project located at 6107 Via La Cantera in San Antonio, TX. The total project is 409,088 gross square feet with 296,075 net rentable square feet which features a four-story, wood-framed, Class A building wrapped around a 455-space 180,517 square foot pre-cast parking garage.
Resident amenities include a sixth-floor swimming pool and amenity building, along with a first-floor clubhouse. The building exterior consists of natural stone, stucco, and fiber cement siding. The project’s 300 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units average around 993 square feet.
MEP Engineering services provided by BIG RED DOG – Austin included Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Engineering & design along with Construction Administration services throughout the project. The Residences at La Cantera Phase II are projected to open end of 2017. The leasing office, garage and first set of units are scheduled to complete in August. The rest of the units will deliver a month at a time throughout the remainder of 2017.
