August 21, 2017 by Joel Blok

BIG RED DOG is working with GFF Architects and Argyle Residential on The Lookout at Lake Highlands Town Center, a multifamily project located at 9300 Lookout Point in the City of Dallas, Texas.

Lookout will be a four story wood framed apartment project surrounding five levels of parking situated on 3.43 acres with 229,589 net rentable square feet.   The project is focused on being walkable and transit-oriented with the Lake Highlands Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) station being less than 1/3 mile away.

The project is well under way; anticipated completion of the first available units is Late October 2017. Civil Engineering services provided by BIG RED DOG included preliminary engineering & concept design, site development permit, floodplain coordination, and construction phase services.

We would enjoy the opportunity to help out on your next project- see what else we’ve been up to here. And keep checking the BIG RED Blog and follow us on social media for updates on this and other exciting projects!
