Construction Update: The District at Washington

The District at Washington project in Houston, TX recently received its final Certificate of Occupancy and has been leasing up quickly.

The District at Washington Apartments consists of 396-units within 4-5 stories, 373,723 gross square feet, 592 parking spaces within a structured garage, all within 7-acres along the Washington Corridor.


BIG RED DOG had the pleasure to work with Kaplan Management, The Clerkly Watkins Group, and Design Workshop on The District at Washington project, located at 230 TC Jester Blvd in Houston.
