E-Week 2019

As Engineer’s Week has concluded, we are spotlighting our amazing team member, Madeleine Hirsch who is a Transportation Engineer in our Austin office. Madeleine (Maddie) believes being a young professional in the transportation discipline is truly inspiring because engineering is everywhere you go!

Transportation Engineering is the application of scientific principles and technologies to the planning, design, analysis, operation, and management of transportation systems for a full range of modes of transportation, e.g. highway, urban transit, air, rail and water, in order to provide for the movement of people and goods from one place to another in a safe and efficient manner.
