May 26, 2017 by Amy Hageman

Construction is complete on The Park at City Center. The brand new resort style midrise apartment community is located in the dynamic city center of Sandy, UT across the street from City Hall.

The Park at City Center was developed by Kaplan Management and covers 4.48 acres, which includes 330 units and 642 parking spaces. As the civil engineer for this project, BIG RED DOG was pleased to work alongside architects from The Clerkley Watkins Group and landscape architects from CRSA Architecture.

This newly built luxury apartment community features 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes with the high-end modern features and luxury craftsmanship that residents expect in an exclusive apartment community.  Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, glass tile backsplashes, full-size washers and dryers, craftsman custom cabinets, 11-foot ceilings, garden tubs, separate showers, and walk-in closets are a few of the luxuries.

The community hosts a gourmet culinary center and catering kitchen, an onsite ATM, Gaming Room, Media Room, an expansive fitness center with wifi-enabled cardio equipment and mixed martial arts center and a comprehensive array of business services and amenities for residents.
