Project Spotlight: The Legacy on Lamar Square Drive in Austin, Texas

The Legacy, located at 1340 Lamar Square Drive in Austin, represents the latest affordable housing BIG RED DOG project nearing completion. The project provides 41 affordable apartment units to assist the Mary Lee Foundation mission in helping children and adults with special needs and mental illnesses. We are delighted to be a part of this valuable project in the core of Austin that provides necessary housing and services for an under-served community. As the civil engineer for the development, our scope of services included providing water and wastewater utility design, grading, drainage and parking improvements.

BIG RED DOG continues to proudly partner with affordable housing partners across the state and considers it a reflection of our philosophy. We are not just an engineering firm. We are a firm that constantly explores and provides services to projects that enrich the community.
