1130 Broadway is an infill project in one of the largest growth areas in downtown San Antonio. 1130 Broadway is planned as a 285 unit complex with a large amenity center, a parking garage, dog park area and pool. Good Fulton & Farrell is the architect of record on the project. The project includes civil engineering design and permitting within the River North Master Plan and meeting the San Antonio River Overlay requirements.
