administration.

P. Terry’s Number 4 – 204 West Ben White Boulevard.
P. Terry’s #4 is a classic burger stand located near the intersection of South Congress Avenue and Ben White Boulevard in the City of Austin. BIG RED DOG was responsible for the preliminary feasibility study as well as preparation of the site development construction documents. Additionally, BIG RED DOG led the review and permitting phase of the project, including close coordination with City of Austin staff to obtain a site development permit in just under 4 months.

P. Terry’s Number 5 – 3311 RR 620 South.
Following the success of their fourth burger stand on Ben White, P. Terry’s #5 is yet another classic burger stand for central Texas. Located on RM620 near Aria Drive in the City of Lakeway, this store represents the first outside of Austin for owners Patrick and Kathy Terry and their team. BIG RED DOG was responsible for conducting test fits for the site, assisting with obtaining conditional use approvals from the Lakeway City Council, and preparation of site development construction documents. This project was permitted through the City of Lakeway in just less than 3 months.
