Preserve at Four Points Centre – The Preserve at Four Points Centre is a 160-unit single family condominium project located in the heart of Northwest Austin at the intersection of FM2222 and RM620. The project is located on three separate tracts and will be constructed in phases. East Riverside Condominium Homes – The East Riverside Condominium Homes project is located at 6716 East Riverside Drive in Austin, Texas. The project includes 110 detached single family condominium homes and an additional 45 attached condominium homes which are being developed in two phases. The civil engineering design for the project included the requisite site-related improvements such as public roads, drainage and wet utility infrastructure, sidewalks, and related improvements.

Lakeline Railside Community – The Lakeline Railside project is located at the southeast corner of Lakeline Boulevard and Lyndhurst Street, adjacent to the Capital Metro Red Line rail station at Lakeline. In a world of consultants who accept little responsibility and enjoy spending their client’s money, it is refreshing to work with a group that does what they say, does it on time, and treats our project as their own.
