Project Description

Waterloo Park will include a variety of spaces that reflect the landscapes of Austin and Central Texas, including hill country gardens with oaks and native plantings, wetland spaces that create places for play and relaxation, expansive lawns for gathering and activities, and more than a mile and a half of trails within the park.

Waterloo Park is the largest park in the newly created Waller Creek district - a district of newly designed and connected urban parks, public open spaces, and trails that is being spearheaded by the Waller Creek Conservancy and the City of Austin.

BIG RED DOG is providing civil engineering services for Waterloo Park as well as the overall Waller Creek parks district.
