Under Construction: 7East in Austin, Texas

BIG RED DOG is working with Ardent Residential, StreetLights Residential, Coleman & Associates, and Looney Ricks Kiss Architects on the 7East project, located at 2025 E 7th Street in east Austin.

This mixed use project is composed of 4 and 5 story buildings which house 177 units and 251 parking spaces.

Nine (9) of those units, located on the ground floor, are live and work spaces. The building contains a total of 300,627 square feet.

Construction started on the site in February 2014. MEP Engineering services provided by BIG RED DOG Austin included HVAC, plumbing and lighting, power and special systems.
