Under Construction: District at Memorial in Houston

September 29, 2014 by Matthew Stewart

The District at Memorial project in Houston is still in it’s early stages, but the parking structure is nearing final completion and the framing is starting to take shape for the first floor units. You can just start to see the first units peeking through the construction fence.

The District at Memorial is being developed by Kaplan Acquisitions. The site is located at IH-10 and Wisterwood Drive, and the project consists of 327 apartment units on the 4.32-acres property.

The architect for the project is Humphreys and Partners Architects. BIG RED DOG Engineering and Consulting is the civil engineer and the MEP engineer for the project. Our friends at Design Workshop are the project’s landscape architect.

Keep checking the BIG RED Blog for updates on this exciting project!
