The Peanut Factory multifamily project, developed by 210 Development Group, is one of the most exciting urban development projects in San Antonio. Sitting just outside of the City’s urban core, this once abandoned peanut factory will become a 166 unit condo and student housing project. The project design will be prepared by Lake Flato Architects and B&A Architects providing a unique community centered around the Peanut Factory. The site will include apartments, condos, two courtyards, a pool and an outdoor theater area. Civil engineering services include due diligence, site planning, zoning, utility design, project team coordination, and construction coordination. Construction will begin in fourth quarter 2013. BIG RED DOG also worked with the owner and design team to coordinate the City incentive package to create the best project possible. Our team also coordinated with the owner, City and county to prepare the incentive package for the project which will provide a host of amenities to the project.
